RefynIT was founded by Brad Walls, a Midlands-based IT professional with over fifteen years of experience building and running IT functions inside businesses and managed service environments.

That background matters. It means RefynIT was designed with a clear understanding of where most IT providers fall short, not from the outside looking in but from years of working within those environments, dealing with the same client frustrations, and knowing exactly what a properly run IT function should look like.

RefynIT is deliberately small and intends to stay that way. Growth will always be managed against the quality of service we can deliver and we'd rather work closely with fewer clients than spread thin across many.
